We have a new position in our company, and are hiring immediately:

WARRANTY CONTROLLER / SERVICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

CAREER DETAILS:
-Submit and administer warranty claims with all equipment manufacturers.
-Greeting and dealing with customers from Service Reception.
-Handle all after-sales extended warranty, notifying customers of machine warranty expiration.
-Available for extra hours during peak seasons.
-Communication, organization, and attention-to-detail are a must.
-Mechanical skills are an asset.

HOURS:
-Full-time: 40 hours/week
-Normal Hours:  Monday-Friday
-Saturday rotation may be required during busy seasons.
-Overtime may be required during busy season.
